Refund & Return Policy

At Tava Skincare, we want every customer to feel confident ordering from us. Because our products are personal-care skincare items, returns must meet strict eligibility requirements for safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Return window & eligibility

We offer a 60-day return request window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • Be sealed, with the original safety seal fully intact and not removed
  • Be in its original packaging, including any box or outer packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Be approved by our support team before being shipped back

Important: non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened, used, tested, or applied to the skin
  • Items with a broken, removed, tampered, or missing seal
  • Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, bundle deals, or items purchased using a discount code
  • Items still in transit
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items not purchased directly from Tava Skincare

Return authorization

You must contact support@tavaskincare.com before sending any item back.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@tavaskincare.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund process

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund still has not appeared, contact support@tavaskincare.com.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different product, contact support first.

If an exchange is not available, the fastest option may be to place a new order once your return eligibility is reviewed.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Results may vary from person to person.
  • Skin reactions, preference, scent, texture, or dissatisfaction after opening or using the product do not qualify for a return unless required by applicable law.
  • We cannot accept returns that do not meet hygiene and safety requirements.
